I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, including before or after payment where circumstances reasonably require it.

If I determine that continuing a service or interaction is no longer appropriate or comfortable for me, I may end it. Any refund or partial refund in such circumstances will be handled according to the terms applicable to that particular service.

Being a paying customer does not guarantee continued access to me, my services, or my content.

Refund eligibility varies depending on the service or purchase and is outlined in the applicable Terms of Service.

You agree not to initiate a fraudulent or unauthorized chargeback as a means of obtaining a refund. If you believe there has been an error with a payment or purchase, please contact me first so the issue can be addressed.

Fraudulent payment disputes, payment abuse, or intentional misuse of refund policies may result in termination of service and restriction from future purchases.

Information shared with me for the purpose of providing a service will be treated with reasonable care and will not be intentionally disclosed or shared except where necessary to provide the service, comply with applicable law, protect my rights or safety, or as otherwise stated in the applicable service terms.

You are responsible for considering what personal information you choose to share with me.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all content, materials, branding, artwork, recordings, photographs, videos, written material, and other creative works produced by or for Cheechy remain my intellectual property.

Purchasing access to content or a service does not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce, redistribute, resell, repost, publish, or commercially exploit that material.

Additional restrictions may apply to custom content, sessions, and promotional offerings.

I may update these Terms of Service, my offerings, pricing, policies, or boundaries from time to time.

The version of the terms applicable to a purchase, booking, or request will generally be the version in effect at the time the transaction is made, unless otherwise required by law.

By purchasing, booking, requesting, accessing, or participating in my services or content, you confirm that you have had an opportunity to review these Terms of Service and agree to comply with the applicable terms.

Sessions must be booked in advance and are only considered confirmed once payment has been received and the booking has been accepted.

A session booking is for one person only, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

Session prices cover the time and experience described in the applicable listing. Additional requests, extensions, or services are not automatically included and may require additional payment.

You are responsible for providing accurate scheduling information and ensuring that you are available at the agreed-upon time.

All session times are based on the agreed start time. Please be ready to begin at the scheduled time.

If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to my availability and is not guaranteed.

Your session time does not automatically extend if you arrive late.

If you are late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time. I may choose to extend a session when reasonably possible, but this is entirely at my discretion.

Repeated lateness may result in the cancellation or refusal of future bookings.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible.

Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the specific cancellation policy associated with your session.

No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

If you fail to attend your scheduled session without contacting me, the session will be considered fulfilled and the booking will not be rescheduled automatically.

I reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session when circumstances require it.

If I need to cancel a session, I will provide notice whenever reasonably possible and will either offer to reschedule or provide an appropriate refund for the affected booking.

My personal time, health, safety, and circumstances take priority over any booking.

You are welcome to communicate your preferences and requests before or during a session, but purchasing a session does not guarantee that I will agree to every request made during it.

I may refuse, modify, or discontinue any activity or request that falls outside my boundaries or the agreed scope of the session.

Do not pressure, negotiate, guilt, or repeatedly ask after I have said no.

A change in circumstances or comfort level during a session may result in an activity being stopped or the session being ended.

You are expected to behave respectfully throughout the session.

Harassment, threats, coercion, intimidation, discrimination, unwanted sexual behaviour, persistent boundary-pushing, or other inappropriate conduct will result in the session being ended.

If I end a session because of your behaviour or a violation of my boundaries, you may forfeit any remaining session time and may be refused future bookings.

You may not record, screenshot, photograph, stream, capture, reproduce, or otherwise distribute any part of a private session without my explicit prior permission.

This includes audio, video, photographs, screen recordings, VR recordings, chat logs, and any other form of capture.

Permission to record, if granted, applies only to the specific circumstances agreed upon and does not grant permission to publish, redistribute, sell, or otherwise share the recording.

I may separately establish recording rules for individual session offerings.

For sessions involving VR, Discord, video, audio, streaming software, or other technology, you are responsible for having compatible equipment, software, internet access, and any required accounts ready before the session.

Reasonable efforts will be made to resolve technical problems, but technical difficulties outside my control do not automatically entitle you to a refund or additional session time.

If a technical issue on my end prevents the session from taking place or substantially interferes with the experience, I will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include rescheduling or a partial or full refund.

If additional time is available, you may request an extension during or before your session.

Extensions are subject to my availability and must be agreed upon before additional time is provided. Additional time may require an additional payment.

I am not obligated to extend a session beyond its scheduled duration.

A session may be ended early at my discretion if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You disregard a stated boundary
• Your behavior makes me uncomfortable or feel unsafe
• You engage in harassment, coercion, or abusive behaviour
• You attempt to circumvent the agreed terms of the session
• Continuing the session is otherwise no longer appropriate

If a session is ended because of your conduct or a violation of these terms, you are not automatically entitled to a refund.

Private sessions are intended to be a personalized experience between you and me. While I will make a reasonable effort to accommodate preferences that fall within the agreed scope of the session, I do not guarantee a particular emotional response, reaction, level of arousal, or outcome.

The experience you receive is ultimately dependent on the circumstances of the session and the limits of what I am willing and able to provide.

By booking and paying for a private session, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Session Terms of Service, as well as the General Terms of Service.

Custom content is created specifically for the person commissioning it. Because each request is individually produced, all custom requests must be reviewed and accepted by me before an order is considered confirmed.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that I will accept it.

I may decline any request that falls outside my boundaries, capabilities, available equipment, current offerings, or personal preferences.

I reserve the right to modify a request if necessary to make it something I am comfortable creating.

Custom content is priced according to the specific request, its complexity, length, format, and any additional requirements.

The final price will be agreed upon before production begins.

Full payment is required before I begin creating the custom content, unless we have explicitly agreed to different payment arrangements in advance.

Because custom content is created specifically for you, payments for accepted custom orders are generally non-refundable once production has begun.

Please make sure you are satisfied with the agreed-upon concept, specifications, and price before production begins.

If I am unable to complete an accepted custom order, I will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include rescheduling the order, modifying the request, or providing a full or partial refund where appropriate.

Custom content is made to order and may require time to plan, record, edit, render, upload, or otherwise prepare.

An estimated turnaround time will be provided when your order is accepted.

Turnaround times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless a specific guaranteed deadline has been explicitly agreed upon.

Please do not assume that a custom order will be completed immediately.

Once a custom has been completed according to the agreed specifications, dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference does not automatically qualify for a refund or free remake.

I will only create content that I am personally comfortable providing.

You may describe what you would like in your request, but you may not pressure, bargain with, or attempt to persuade me into creating something I have declined.

If I determine that part of an accepted request is no longer something I am comfortable creating, I may modify or remove that portion of the request.

Custom content may include names, usernames, preferences, scenarios, scripts, or other information provided by you, when appropriate fees have been applied.

You are responsible for ensuring that any information, names, scripts, images, references, or other materials you provide are accurate and that you have the right to provide them for use in the custom.

I am not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Completed custom content will be delivered through the method agreed upon when the order is accepted.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information and ensuring that you can access the agreed delivery method.

Once the completed content has been successfully delivered, I am not responsible for problems caused by your inability to access, download, store, or retain the content.

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, I retain ownership and copyright of all custom content I create.

Purchasing a custom does not transfer copyright or ownership to you.

You receive permission to personally access and enjoy the content for your own private use, subject to any additional restrictions stated for that custom.

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the content
• Upload or repost it publicly
• Share it with other people
• Use it commercially
• Claim it as your own work
• Use it to create derivative content without permission
• Use it for AI training, datasets, or other machine-learning purposes without my explicit written permission

Additional licensing may be negotiated separately where appropriate.

Custom content is created for the individual who commissioned it and should be treated as private unless otherwise stated.

You may not publicly share identifying details, private communications, order information, or other personal information about me without my permission.

Likewise, I will make reasonable efforts to treat information provided to me for the purpose of creating your custom as private, subject to my General Terms of Service.

If you need to cancel a custom request before production has begun, contact me as soon as possible.

Whether a refund or cancellation is possible will depend on the circumstances and whether work, preparation, materials, or other costs have already been incurred.

Once production has begun, the order is generally considered non-refundable.

If I require clarification, approval, information, or materials from you before I can complete your custom, your order may be placed on hold until you respond.

Extended periods without a response may result in the order being cancelled or closed.

If this occurs after production has begun, any refund will be determined based on the amount of work already completed.

By submitting and paying for a custom content order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Custom Content Terms of Service and the General Terms of Service.

Promotions are available only to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements stated in the applicable promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be transferred to another person.

I reserve the right to verify eligibility and to refuse promotional pricing if the requirements have not been met.

Every promotion is available only during the promotional period stated in its announcement or listing.

Promotions automatically expire when the stated promotional period ends or when any stated quantity or availability limit has been reached.

I am not obligated to extend an expired promotion.

Claim My Heart is a monthly support promotion where the supporter with the highest qualifying Support Score earns the opportunity to have their username displayed on my avatar(s) for the following month.

At the end of each calendar month, the supporter with the highest qualifying Support Score will be named that month's Claim My Heart winner.

The winner must have a minimum Support Score of 50 to qualify.

The winner may choose an eligible avatar on which to have their username displayed. Their username will be written over the heart on the chosen avatar and will remain there for the entire following month.

The winning username will also be displayed over the heart on my 2D model for the following month.

For every additional 50 Support Score earned beyond the initial 50-point minimum, the winner earns their username on one additional avatar.

For example:

• 50 Support Score: 1 avatar + 2D model
• 100 Support Score: 2 avatars + 2D model
• 150 Support Score: 3 avatars + 2D model
• 200 Support Score: 4 avatars + 2D model

There is no additional benefit for partial increments. For example, a Support Score of 149 qualifies for three avatars, while a score of 150 qualifies for four.

The number of avatars available is subject to my current avatar collection and technical limitations.

The winner may choose which eligible avatars they would like their username displayed on.

Avatar choices must be approved by me and must be technically suitable for the promotion.

If an avatar cannot reasonably support the placement, display, or implementation of the username, I may require the winner to select a different name to display.

I reserve the right to determine the final placement, appearance, size, and implementation of the username to ensure that it works properly with the avatar.

The displayed name will generally be the winner's username associated with their qualifying support.

The username must be reasonably suitable for public display and must comply with the rules and policies of the platform where the avatar is being used.

I reserve the right to refuse or modify a username that is offensive, hateful, discriminatory, excessively explicit, impersonating another person, or otherwise inappropriate for public display.

A modified username will be chosen in consultation with the winner where reasonably possible.

Support Scores are calculated according to my current Support Point system and are based on qualifying support received during the applicable calendar month.

Only qualifying support that has been successfully received and attributed to the correct account or username will count toward the promotion.

Support that is refunded, reversed, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise invalidated may be removed from the Support Score.

I maintain the final determination of Support Scores and promotional standings.

Claim My Heart is a monthly promotion.

Support Scores do not carry over from one month to the next unless I explicitly state otherwise for a particular promotion period.

Each new month begins a new competition for that month's Claim My Heart placement.

Winning the promotion in one month does not guarantee or reserve a position in any future month.

If two or more supporters finish with the same highest qualifying Support Score, the winner will be determined based on who reached that score first.

If a tie cannot reasonably be resolved using the available support records, I reserve the right to determine an appropriate tie-breaking method.

The winning username will be displayed for approximately one calendar month, beginning during the month following the qualifying Support Score period.

Because avatar and model updates may require preparation, technical work, or scheduling, the display may not appear immediately on the first day of the month.

I will make reasonable efforts to have the winner's name displayed as soon as practical.

The Claim My Heart promotion involves modifications to avatars and my 2D model. Technical limitations, software updates, avatar changes, platform restrictions, or other circumstances outside my control may affect how or where the username can be displayed.

If a promised placement becomes technically impossible, I will make a reasonable effort to provide an equivalent alternative.

I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Claim My Heart at any time.

Any changes will not retroactively invalidate qualifying Support Scores that have already been awarded unless necessary due to fraud, payment reversal, technical error, or circumstances outside my reasonable control.

By participating in Claim My Heart, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Promotion Terms, the Claim My Heart-specific terms above, and my General Terms of Service.

The redemption period will continue with the next eligible VR ASMR stream.

Personal attention takes place within a live public stream and is therefore subject to the circumstances and flow of the stream.

Purchasing this promotion does not guarantee uninterrupted or exclusive attention beyond the agreed 20-minute period.

I may need to briefly interrupt or adjust the timing of personal attention due to technical difficulties, stream emergencies, moderation needs, or other circumstances that require my attention.

I will make a reasonable effort to provide the full 20-minute allocation whenever circumstances allow.

You are expected to behave respectfully during your personal attention and throughout the stream.

Harassment, abusive or disrespectful behaviour, attempts to monopolize personal attention, or deliberate attempts to disrupt or sabotage the stream will result in immediate forfeiture of any remaining promotional benefit without refund.

This promotion is non-refundable.

Unused or partially used personal attention does not qualify for a refund, credit, transfer, or other compensation.

Any remaining benefit expires once the applicable redemption period has ended.

Expired benefits cannot be transferred, extended, exchanged for another service, or redeemed at a later date unless I explicitly agree otherwise.

Every qualifying gift with a value of $40 or more qualifies the contributor for a photoset featuring the outfit or item associated with that gift.

Multiple contributions toward the same item or outfit may be combined to reach the $40 minimum. Once the combined contributions reach at least $40, the contributor(s) qualify for the corresponding photoset.

The photoset will feature the qualifying outfit or item and will be created at my discretion.

Only gifts that I actually receive and that can reasonably be used for the intended outfit or item will qualify.

If multiple people contribute toward the same item or outfit, their contributions may be combined to reach the $40 minimum. Delivery times may vary depending on my schedule, the availability of the gifted item, and other circumstances affecting production.

A qualifying gift must be successfully received before its associated photoset can be created.

If the gift becomes unavailable after contributions have been made toward it, the associated promotional benefit may be forfeited.
